Her dog, named Roo, has previously attacked two nearby dog walkers this year — as the American bulldog has a ‘stimulus’ from her past to react aggressively with small breeds, experts say.
Now, Michelle Howard, of Cadnam Drive, Wythenshawe, will be allowed to keep her dog — so long as she satisfies several conditions to ensure it does not harm others.
In the first of the two incidents, a neighbour of Howard’s, found the dog running around her living room at 4pm on February 9.
