Paltrow, 50, is countersuing the 76-year-old doctor for $1 in damages, alleging it was he who ran into her.The depositions of Paltrow’s daughter Apple, 18, and son Moses, 16 — whom she shares with her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin — were read in the courtroom Tuesday, with Apple recalling how her mother declared, “This a-hole ran into me!”Falchuk, who was also on the ski trip, is on deck to testify.
