If American sitcom Friends was set in the UK you'd probably find yourselves watching Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.
The BBC Two series, filmed in Cheshire, ran for nine series with a total of 80 episodes from 2001 to 2011. It was centred around five twenty-something friends - Gaz Wilkinson, Jonny Keogh,Janet Keogh, Donna Henshaw, and Louise Brooks - who often enjoyed getting together for a pint in the local boozer.
The BBC itself described the long-running series as: "Laughs, love triangles and lairiness. Friends navigate adulting in noughties Runcorn." READ MORE: Where are the cast of Greater Manchester's Life On Mars now?
