Rangers fans have left scarves, flowers and written tributes at the gates of Ibrox today in honour of legendary manager Walter Smith.The club announced on their website this morning that the former manager and chairman had passed away at the age of 73, sparking an outpouring of grief from players, pundits and supporters.Pictures from outside the Govan stadium showed fans gathering to share their grief in aftermath of the sad news.Some could be seen wrapping scarves around the blue bars of Ibrox, while others laid bunches of flowers.Team shirts were also left in his memory.Smith managed Rangers, his boyhood heroes, during the 1990s after succeeding Graeme Souness and led the club to an historic nine consecutive titles.Did you know you can
