Viewers of RTÉ’S The Style Counsellors were shocked at how single mother Andrea told host Suzanne Jackson that really didn’t think she was pretty and often didn’t like what she saw in the mirror.

Andrea from Drogheda appeared on the show and spoke to Eileen Smith and Suzanne Jackson about how she had lost her confidence and fallen into a rut.

The 30-year-old had lost her job in the hospitality sector due to the pandemic and she found herself living in tracksuit bottoms and pyjamas with her confidence being chipped away at.

Andrea admitted that she had ‘lost any sense of style’ and would often ‘just slip on whatever is closest and head out’, but she wanted to change this.
