Treefort Music Fest is the latest U.S. music festival to be impacted by developments surrounding COVID-19. Festival organizers have announced the five-day music event, which takes place across multiple venues in Boise, Idaho, will now be moved from March 25–29 to September 23–27.
Artists set to the play original dates included Chromatics, Japanese Breakfast, Built to Spill, Tennis, Georgia, and others.
Festival organizers say lineup changes and additions “will be announced as needed.” “In light of event cancellations around the globe and uncertainty about how this outbreak will impact Idaho, it was decided that postponing our festival is the best way to reduce unknown risk for our community,” festival producer and co-founder Lori Shandro
