The 67-year-old man, who woke to learn his second leg had been amputated, was approached by Liam Dallimore at the Manchester Royal Infirmary.

After engaging him in conversation, 29-year-old Dallimore, a complete stranger, started wheeling the man away before taking him to a secluded area in the hospital car park.
