'The Witcher' Showrunner Says Season Two Won't Be As Confusing as The First

The Witcher is one of Netflix’s most popular series and the showrunner is teasing what’s ahead for season two. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich spoke with The Wrap about the upcoming episodes and revealed that the new season won’t be as confusing as the first might have been for some. “Obviously, it was one of the most controversial parts of Season 1 and I didn’t expect it to be as controversial as it was,” she shared about the multiple timelines. “But it’s something I still stand behind, in terms of storytelling…” She continued, “What’s great though is [the characters] have intersected now.

So what we’ll see in Season 2 is that all of our characters are existing on the same timeline. What that allows us to do storywise though is to play with time
