Hibs could restart their seasons at the home of Scottish rugby after Murrayfield was offered as a “bio bubble” for socially distanced sports.

The 67,000 capacity ground would offer plenty of room for Jambos and Hibees to safely watch their teams while adhering to Scottish Government coronavirus guidelines.

A small number of punters could be allowed through the turnstiles, although matches are likely to start completely behind closed doors initially.But the SRU believe the round and oval ball could co-exist at BT Murrayfield as part of a single sporting hub in order to get both back up and running in front of fans.
