The minds behind Aquarius Creative, Scotland's largest influencer agency, have opened up on the idea behind their business and the nitty-gritty that goes on away from social media.Co-founders Amy Moore and Kirsten Cameron launched the Glasgow-based company in 2020 and have since gone on to build a successful business promoting brands and managing some of Scotland's most popular influencers.The entrepreneurs rose to success after they worked alongside one another at fashion brand Quiz Clothing, Kirsten, as a social media assistant turned creative brand manager, and Amy, as social media assistant.During their time at Quiz, the pair were involved in the first fashion brand influencer trip in the UK - a nod to what was yet to come for the pair.

Now, they are successfully running their own business together and last year alone had a turnover of £500,000.Speaking to the Daily Record, ahead of their highly-anticipated second season of The Agency: Unfiltered, the pair reveal the reality show aimed to give the public an insight into the behind-the-scenes of the industry."The aim of the show was just to show people what it's actually like to work in the industry, we get so many questions all the time like what do you do for a job?

is it a real job? It's just to show people the work that goes into it and the kind of jobs you can get."I think it's quite a new industry and not a lot of people understand it.
