Steven Gerrard

Steven George Gerrard MBE (born 30 May 1980) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

He spent the majority of his playing career as a central midfielder for Liverpool, with most of that time spent as club captain, as well as captaining the England national team. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time,

Gerrard was awarded the UEFA Club Footballer of the Year award in 2005, and the Ballon d'Or Bronze Award. In 2009, Zinedine Zidane and Pelé said that they considered Gerrard to be the best footballer in the world.

Steven Gerrard's post match interview following the 4-0 win over Willem II on Thursday night and many Rangers fans think it hints at a change or two for Sunday's game against Motherwell.The Ibrox boss isn't one for making too many changes but he might have something up his sleeve for the trip to Fir Park.

Injury problems means he can't really do much in midfield until Ryan Jack and Joe Aribo return - unless there's a new signing.Given how important players such as Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent are, it's unlikely they'll be left out but here's three changes that could happen.Perhaps the most obvious one after the Willem II game would be Jordan Jones into the starting lineup and Ianis Hagi dropping to the bench.
