Tesla to open huge new showroom near the Etihad stadium

Tesla is set to open their largest dealership in the North of England near Manchester City's football stadium. The one-stop shop on Ashton New Road will be the electric car manufacturer's third in the city, next to its collection centre in Trafford Park and the sales and service store in Stockport.

Tesla say that the Ashton New Road site will be a spot where customers can buy, service and charge their cars in one place. Tesla say that after outgrowing its original collection centre in Trafford Park, the company had to upscale due to a demand for its vehicles in Manchester.

In 2015 Tesla opened it's doors to its first site outside of London in Knutsford. The company say that since then it has been investing in Greater Manchester due to a demand of electric vehicles in the region. Try MEN Premium now with our amazing New Year offer...
