Tesco announces new measure for shoppers entering without face masks

ECHO. Anybody without a mask and who needs one will now be able to purchase one at the supermarket's entrance. Shoppers will be able to pay for these masks along with their shopping when they get to the till.The supermarket has, however, said that it won't be policing people who are spotted without face masks in store, so it's up to individuals to make sure they're following the rules.Earlier this month, the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham, called on supermarkets in Greater Manchester to hire more security staff to ensure mask rules are being enforced.He said:"I'm not asking staff or checkout workers to be doing this.
