A soldier who returned home with nowhere to go has spoken out about his struggle to survive – and how he has turned his life around in the last year.
Ex-infantryman Liam Cary, whose mother died from non-Hodgkin lymphoma when he was 16 years old, returned home to Moston from his military service in Harrogate and Catterick to find that his father had 'lost the family home'.
