Stephen Glass reckons Aberdeen's honesty cost them as he calls out Callum McGregor red card claim

Aberdeen side were too HONEST to get three points against Celtic after what he felt should have been a red card. The hosts led until late on at Pittodrie only to see Leigh Griffiths come off the bench to grab a late equaliser in the 1-1 draw.

But Glass felt his side should have had a penalty to take all three points, only to be undone by their own honesty. And the Dons boss was in no doubt Callum McGregor should have walked for his challenge on Jonny Hayes.

Glass said: “McGregor did not touch the ball. “His body hits him and you see his arm coming across the front of Jonny.“He is not  going to dive and maybe the players need to be a bit more streetwise, if you like.“We don’t want them to do that because we expect things to be handled.
