Ayr's rubbish dump are to be targeted as part of new measures by South Ayrshire Council.Long tailbacks have been caused by queuing cars at the recycling centre at Heathfield in recent weeks.And with a heavy impact on motorists in the surrounding area, council bosses are ready to act.Temporary traffic management - including a 'stacking system' - will now be introduced in a bid to solve the problem.A council spokesperson said: "We know that there has been some traffic congestion at peak times around our Household Waste Recycling Centre at Heathfield in Ayr."To make things a bit easier for everyone, we have arranged to reintroduce temporary traffic management and a queuing system at the site."A ‘stacking system’ will be in place which means.
