Shania Twain has opened up about her battle with lyme disease, admitting that she was left "depressed" when she was suffering the illness.
In an Interview with ITV's Lorraine Kelly on Thursday, the pop icon said that she's glad to have her "life back". The 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman!' hitmaker, who is performing at Glasgow's OVO Hydro for three nights in September as part of her UK tour, contracted the disease in 2003 and later had to undergo throat surgery.Shania told the Scots presenter that she feared she might not have been able to sing again, let alone speak.The 57-year-old was speaking about her new album 'Queen Of Me' and said that she now feels comfortable in her own skin, adding: "I wish I had got there sooner...
