A gay bar in Dublin has been targeted with a homophobic slur, sprayed on to a nearby building. PantiBar’s owner, Rory O’Neill, who also goes by his drag name Panti Bliss, shared a photograph of the graffiti on social media yesterday.

The words ‘pedo bar’ were sprayed across the walls of a nearby building, with an arrow pointing towards PantiBar, just two doors down.

Shortly after O’Neill spoke out against the slur, members of the business representative group, DublinTown, painted over the graffiti.

The well known drag queen and gay activist added that there is clear CCTV of the incident happening and it ‘seemed planned’ rather than spur-of-the-moment.
