Billy Stark has slammed the decision of SPFL clubs to not allow colts teams into the leagues and insists it would have been a huge help to the national team.The former Celtic midfielder reckons the opportunity for young players to play against senior professionals on a weekly basis would have been huge for the game in Scotland.And he pointed to Andy Robertson as the perfect example of a young player gaining experience in the lower leagues after being released by Celtic before making a name for himself at Queen's Park.The left back is now one of the best full backs in the world having gone from Queen's Park to Liverpool with Dundee United and Hull in between.But Stark - currently the U19 national manager - reckons Scotland could develop more.
