The Queen has appeared in a surprise comic sketch with Paddington Bear to mark the start of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations at Buckingham Palace.

Her Majesty was seen sitting across the table from the adorable toy to enjoy some tea and treats, but it soon turned into chaos as the accident-prone fan-favourite character drank all the tea.The sketch started with a royal staff member carrying a tray into a room where the Queen and Paddington Bear are sat waiting.

The beloved bear then reaches for the teapot and drinks the majority of its contents before offering the monarch some. When she gestures for it, they realise there's only a drop left.
