It saw 20,000 players attend at Liverpool’s Sefton Park.Players with tickets could attend in-person, or attend remotely, during which 5.93million Pokémon were caught, and 372,000 km were walked worldwide.In a statement, developer Niantic said “We’ve come a long way since Safari Zone Liverpool’s original announcement in 2020, and we’re grateful to all of you for your patience and understanding in the meantime,” they continued: “Thank you.
