Plans have been submitted for the first phase of work at 'TraffordCity' - which could see up to 3,000 homes and a primary school built.

The proposals, by Peel L&P, are part of the Trafford Waters development and will include 20 acres of open space, to be built over the next 15 years.

Developers have now submitted a reserved matters application to Trafford council’s planning department to create roads, tree-lined footpaths and cycleways and the first acre of public green space at the development.
