Perthshire has become Scotland’s dumping ground as the coronavirus lockdown continues to lead to an increase in fly-tipping.The warning comes after a number of reports in different parts of the region over the weekend.In one incident, Fife residents told landowner Crawford Gillies they paid to have their rubbish disposed of, only to discover it had been discarded 50 miles away on his Perthshire estate.Social media was awash this weekend with images of rubbish dumped across Perth and Kinross.
