Kate Garraway has heartbreakingly announced the death of her husband Derek Draper, following a devastating three year battle with Covid-19.The Good Morning Britain presenter, 56, announced Derek had passed away age 56 in a statement shared to social media on 5 January, where she explained that he'd suffered a cardiac arrest in December and due to the "damage inflicted by Covid", had led to further complications for the dad-of-two. Kate, who married Derek in 2005, remained by her husband's side throughout his lengthy health battle, right up until his final moments.
