msn.comPaul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones lead the charge as celebrities began to arrive at the Virgin Media TV Baftas this afternoon.The Normal People stars were all smiles as they reunited on the red carpet – but kept social distancing rules in mind, posing with a tape measure in order to avoid breaking government guidelines.Their meeting comes after Mescal, 24, was nominated for an Emmy Award for his performance as the chain-wearing Connell in the hit BBC Three drama – with fans left stunned as Edgar-Jones was snubbed.Mescal has since dedicated his nomination to his 22-year-old co-star, writing on Twitter: “Daisy Edgar-Jones this only exists because of you and your extraordinary talent it’s as simple as that!” A number of other celebrities also.
