Chigvintsev and Bella share one child: four-year-old son Matteo.The Post confirmed Chigvintsev was arrested by the Napa County Sheriff’s Department just before 10 a.m.
on a felony domestic violence charge falling under a California penal code that “makes it illegal to injure a spouse, cohabitant or fellow parent in an act of domestic violence.” Visible injuries must be present for the suspected crime to be a felony.His bail was set at $25,000.
He was released later that day.Chigvintsev’s alleged victim asked for confidentiality following his arrest and was cooperating with police amid the investigation, reported TMZ.While the second party wasn’t named, Chigvintsev made a 911 call earlier in the day, asking for medical assistance for the alleged victim while claiming his wife threw a shoe at him.
