Easter Monday next week. The Scottish Government’s timetable out of lockdown has listed the businesses that are expected to reopen and the measures that could be relaxed from April 5.

Easter falls on Sunday, April 4 which means everyone in the UK can look forward to the upcoming bank holidays on Good Friday and Easter Monday. The extended weekend from April 2 to April 5 also means that normal financial transactions will be suspended and as a result, most benefit payments that fall on those dates are changing.
