Rules set to change from this date include the reopening of non-essential click and collect retail and the resumption of outdoor contact sports for teenagers.
The headline change set to come into place is of course the reopening of hairdressers and barbers across Scotland.Many Scots have been counting down the days they have to wait for their first haircut since salons shut all those months ago.April 5 is set to be the first significant easing of restrictions since lockdown measures were imposed on Boxing Day last year.Daniel is a trends and advance content.
