New restaurant jobs on offer as hospitality giant creates new roles in Ayrshire

Ayrshire hospitality giant SimpsInns are on the hunt for 18 to 30-year-olds to join their growing team.The family-owned firm is offering up over 20 roles for young people looking to join their front-of-house team, bar staff and talented chefs of all levels across the group.Senior positions are also available, including operations manager at The Waterside Hotel, head chef at Old Loans Inn and spa therapist at Si!

Spa. Interested candidates should head over to the SimpsInns open day on Tuesday, March 29 at The Gailes Hotel from 6pm to 8pm or The Waterside Hotel on Wednesday, March 30, from 6pm to 8pm.The leisure company was founded by husband and wife team Malcolm and Karen Simpson in 2001.

The pair, who own The Gailes Hotel & Spa and Si!
