New Order's Manchester International Festival show is being streamed for free this weekend

Manchester International Festival will stream a free New Order show this weekend as part of a new online programme of performances.

So It Goes, the band's collaboration with artist Liam Gillick, was performed over five nights at Old Granada Studios as part of the 2017 festival.

The shows saw the band rip up and reimagine their music, accompanied by a 12-piece synthesiser orchestra from the Royal Northern College of Music, who performed behind slatted windows in an immersive stage set that pulsed and glowed in perfect sync with the music.
