Her symptoms got so bad she had to go to the hospital — where she was diagnosed with COVID-19 and pneumonia. The 36-year-old had to be put on a ventilator, and on April 3 — when Soriano was just 34 weeks pregnant — doctors at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore performed an emergency caesarean section.
