Vitek, 16, has arrived from Sigma Olomouc and is the latest Eastern European goalkeeper to join United's junior ranks after Ondrej Mastny, Matej Kovar and Alex Fojticek.
Fojticek was released this month and Kovar is in line for a loan move next term. The youngsters trained in four small groups after undergoing coronavirus tests on Monday and Tuesday, and are expected to be able to train together for the first time next.
