Nacho Novo has made a shock return to football aged 41 after joining non-league English outfit Biggleswade United. The 38-year-old last played for Glentoran in 2017 and suffered a shock heart attack in 2018 after featuring for an Ibrox side in a legends tournament in Berlin Novo will now feature for a side run by Sky Sports Spanish football expert Guillem Balagué.
Biggleswade, who play in the Spartan South Midlands Football League, have announced their delight at sealing the cult Rangers hero on a one-year deal.
