Muireann O’Connell has strong words for those who say she’s not grieving properly

Muireann O’Connell has been vocal about coping with grief since the loss of her father last month but it seems some people have strong opinions with how she’s doing it.

Her father Brendan passed away from cancer and after taking some time off to be with her family, she thanked everyone for their kindness upon her return to the Six O’Clock Show.

She has since revealed that it’s not just kindness that has been sent her way and she took to Instagram this weekend to call out people who are acting like ‘utter gowls’ for saying she isn’t grieving ‘properly’.
