Everything on the website had been greyscaled as a “mark of respect” to the Duke of Edinburgh.But a number of visually impaired customers say they have struggled to view anything on the website due to the change.
Many have urged the rail firm to reinstate all colour to its website amid a string of social media complaints this morning. One person wrote: "This is just too much.
A lot of people struggle with low contrast text - it would be good if the rail industry could pay its respect without needlessly discriminating against.
