The tailor of Meghan Markle's bridesmaids dresses has spoken out following claims Princess Charlotte was left 'in tears' due to the ill-fitting dress.

In Prince Harry's highly anticipated memoir Spare, he detailed the exchange between Meghan and Kate Middleton that left his wife 'sobbing' on the floor.

Harry, 37, recalled that Meghan, 41, received a text from Kate, 41, about the dresses needing to be altered.According to Harry's book, Meghan told Kate that their tailor would be making his way to the Kensington Palace.

He added that this response “wasn’t sufficient”, before sharing the alleged text conversation between the two women, reports the Mirror.Luxury suit and dressmaker Ajay Mirpuri explained that he and his team had to work at Kensington Palace and Windsor Castle for four days before the royal wedding in 2018, after discovering that none of the bridesmaids' Givenchy dresses fitted.He explained that while he didn't witness any row between Kate and Meghan, he added that it's "nerve-wracking" to find out that a dress does not fit properly.
