It's a situation that can be read in either of two ways. Since Fox was one of this year's swimsuit cover models, MGK showing up to the event could be a sign of his support and an indication that the relationship is on the mend.
Yay for love! Then again, the fact that they appeared to arrive separately and did not pose for any red carpet pics together might mean that they're still on the rocks.
