McDonald's forced to drop the Chicken Big Mac from its menu just a week after its release

High street burger giant McDonald's has announced it will no longer be selling the Chicken Big Mac. The chicken version of the iconic double decker burger was added to the menu just a week ago, in a promotion that was meant to run through until March.

However, McDonald's says it has been forced to drop the burger from its menu due to overwhelming demand.
