Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United have included Luke Shaw in their squad for the Europa League group stage match against FC Sheriff on Thursday night but five players are out.
Luke Shaw is back in the squad after missing two of the last three games with a minor foot injury but Donny van de Beek, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Marcus Rashford are all out after they did not participate in Wednesday morning's training session.
Anthony Martial is still sidelined with an Achilles injury and Martin Dubravka has not travelled to the Moldova, so FA Youth Cup-winning 'keeper Radek Vitek has been added to the squad. Van de Beek missed the win over Arsenal and defeat to Sociedad. Right-back Marc Jurado, 18, was part of United's training session on Wednesday morning, having joined in with the first-team at the start of the week but misses out on the travelling squad.
