Jonathan Clutterbuck, from Tameside, weighed in at 23st 7lbs prior to his life-changing surgery that reversed his epilepsy. Born with cerebral palsy, a lifelong condition that limits movement and co-ordination, the 38-year-old always struggled with confidence.

His confidence was impacted further after he developed severe epilepsy at seven years old and suffered daily seizures from then.
