Manchester City won't change their approach to the title race despite dropping points against Tottenham this weekend. City's 3-2 reverse at home to Spurs, coupled with Liverpool's earlier win over Norwich, means the gap between the two sides is six points, with Liverpool holding a game in hand that can reduce the gap further to three points.
With Liverpool still set to visit the Etihad Stadium in April, pundits and Liverpool fans have declared the title race firmly open again, but City duo Aymeric Laporte and Rodri insist nothing changes from their perspective.
Laporte said: "It's a disappointing result for the team and the fans. However, we are where we want to be, we are still on top of the table.
We just need to carry on doing the same way we have done in the last few months. "Now we need to turn the page and focus on the next game.
