Man arrested after jewellery and commemorative coins stolen from homes in St Andrews

A man has been arrested after four houses were ransacked in St Andrews. The 35-year-old man has been charged in connection with a series of housebreakings that resulted in jewellery and other valuables being swiped.

Officers from Police Scotland are now hunting several items they claim are still missing from the properties. It comes after the homes were broken into on Tuesday, March 3.The incidents allegedly happened on Berry Place, Learmonth Place, Crawford Gardens and Priory Gardens.
