Shortly after he left the latest series of E4 programme, where contestants get hitched to a complete stranger, rumours were circulating that he had a romance with Marilyse, a contestant from the previous season.
The pair jetted off on holiday together but insisted that they were simply just friends. But now the pair have taken to social media to confirm that they are together, sharing a photo of them kissing.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, a source close to the happy couple said: "Since their holiday their friendship has developed and their relationship has blossomed naturally, they are both extremely happy and are grateful for all the supportive comments they’ve received so far." And confirming their relationship, Matt captioned his post: "Reality TV is not the real world.
