Scots heading direct to Ireland will have to self-isolate under quarantine rules
UK was omitted from the country’s list of destinations for safe travel. The Irish Government revealed that travellers from 15 countries will not be subject to the fortnight rules on quarantine when arriving in the country.Malta, Finland, Norway, Italy, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Slovakia, Greece, Greenland, Gibraltar, Monaco and San Marino were all included on the list.But those arriving direct from Scotland, England and Wales will have to self-isolate under the Irish Government’s rules.
