Brown featured 18 times this term for the Lions, having previously tallied 17 appearances across two other loan spells for the club.Martindale commented: "We got the heads up a few weeks ago, that’s why Jackson Longridge came back into the club.“If Neil Harris (former Cardiff manager) had still been at the club , I have a good relationship with Neil, I think we might have been able to keep him for another.
