The judge also ruled that the pair can be considered legally divorced as long as the continue to sort of custody and visitation rights to their 12-year-old twin daughters, Harper and Finley. Lisa Marie filed for divorce for Michael in 2016 after 10 years of marriage.
Since splitting up, the two have been in a nasty custody battle. As of last year, Lisa Marie and Michael shared legal joint custody of their daughters, but Michael only had supervised visits with the girls three times a week while Lisa Marie had physical custody.
