Perth and Kinross for the second week in a row last week. Figures from the National Records of Scotland show deaths remained static at 250 since the crisis began.It is the first time since early October two weeks have passed in the region without a coronavirus death.It comes as the seven-day infection rate in the region plunged to its lowest level since October 3.According to data from Public Health Scotland, on April 11 there were 20.4 COVID cases per 100,000 people in the region.That is a decrease from 38.8 on April 4.There were 31 positive cases in the week April 5 to 11, a drop of 28 from the previous seven days.The test positivity rate is now 1.2 per cent.COVID is considered to have been suppressed in all but four neighbourhoods across.
