Lanarkshire youth organisation plead for mobile phone donations to help underprivileged youngsters stay connected

A youth organisation have made a desperate plea to locals to help them keep youngsters connected during the coronavirus lockdown.The Regen FX Youth Trust are appealing for residents to provide them with tablets or phones that they can then give to children.Many of the kids that are part of the trust don’t have resources available to them, and with outdoor activities currently restricted staff at the charity want to ensure the kids are able to keep in touch with their friends and their youth workers, as well as accessing the internet for news and education during the pandemic.
