A Lanarkshire funeral home has raised hundreds of pounds to help people affected by cancer. The team at the Hamilton Co-op Funeralcare based at Quarry Street in the town centre have hailed their Macmillan Coffee Morning a huge success.

On the day, the event was opened by South Lanarkshire Depute Provost Bert Thomson, alongside local piper David Stark as members of the community turned out for the occasion.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
