thesun.co.ukKILLING Eve's Jodie Comer has been cast in BBC's Talking Heads reboot alongside with Martin Freeman and Imelda Staunton. The 12-part series, which is a remake of Alan Bennett's award-winning monologue series, is currently in production amid lockdown.
The reboot's stellar cast also includes Kristin Scott Thomas, Tamsin Greig, Sarah Lancashire, Lesley Manville, Lucian Msamati, Maxine Peake, Rochenda Sandall, Harriet Walter and Monica Dolan.
The series, which first aired on the BBC in 1988 and 1998, will remake 10 of the original piece and include another two new one, written by Bennett last year.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the monologues will be produced by Nicholas Hytner's London Theatre Company and Kevin Loader.
